Some Facts About Glass Bead Sterilizers

Glass Bead Sterilizers are used as sterilization apparatus. Small as well as large instruments or equipments are placed into the this sterilizer for 10-60 seconds.  Some needs more time to sterilize. This most important  device is helpful in killing fungi, bacteria and many  others.These are used in many departments. There are some points while using this sterilizer:

1. Completely fill the well with glass beads and to pour the beads use funnel.

2. Switch on the plug of Glass Bead Sterilizers and heat up nearly about 20-30 minutes and reach to temperature 250 degree Celsius.

3.  Then insert all clean and dry equipments into glass beads for 15-20sec. Never put equipments more than 1 min.

4. The sterilizer can do the task for whole day. Switch off the plug after sterilization.

Replacement of Glass Beads

After regular use near about a month, the glass beads must be replaced and refill the well properly.
